Chef Aidan Ryan has worked with Ross Lewis, Chapter One, Darina Allen and Rory O'Connell of Ballymaloe Cookery School, Derry Clarke of L'Ecrivain. Aidan was also the Award-winning Executive Head Chef of Tribe in Duleek, his family-run restaurant that is in a 14th-century converted Church.
